Supplies:
For this Intermediate Drawing Class, there is an assumption made that students have prior drawing experience. Students may
choose the medium they wish to work in. There will be no supply fee for this class, but no supplies will be provided as
part of the class tuition.
Since some artists have their own supplies, and others do not, a list of recommended "art goodies" (supplies)
will be passed out on night #1 of the class. Students can pick and choose what they would like to work with/purchase.
Hurst Framing (located at Bluff Street & St. George Blvd.) will give a 20% discount to Gina's students. Be sure to
tell them at the register you are in my class.
For night #1 bring:
A sketchbook and a ball point pen the first night of class.
- Something to draw on or in: Here are some options:
An 11"x14" sprial bound sketchbook
A drawing board with 18" x 24" newsprint pad
- Something to draw with! Here are some options:
If you are going newsprint pad, bring charcoal, gum eraser, charcoal pencils, etc.
If you are going sketchbook, bring your choice of
graphite pencils (I recommend 2B, 4B, 6B and 8B, ballpoint pen or razor fine felt marker, prismacolor pencils in black
and whatever color(s) you like.
OPTIONAL ITEMS YOU MAY WANT TO BRING:
- Portfolio to carry your drawings in
- Hairspray to seal drawings (for those going charcoal)
- Money for yummy Bean Scene coffee drinks (essential drawing supply in my opinion).
Payment Methods:
To pay for your class tuition, and get registered, you can pay via cash, check, or credit card at the Bean Scene, or you may
send a credit card payment through Paypal to GinaDraws@aol.com.
My classes tend to sell out, and class space is limited. So out of courtesy to everyone interested, I will not reserve
a class spot without payment. Your understanding is appreciated. Graci!
How To Register:
- Stop in the Bean Scene and register in person
- Call the Bean Scene with your credit card information
- Drop Gina an email at GinaDraws@aol.com
